Comprehensive evaluation of medical students' teamwork skills

Background: Teamwork plays a pivotal role in patient care and safety promotion. "TeamSTEPPS Attitudes Questionnaire" (T-TAQ) aims to the assessment of attitudes providers regarding teamwork when enrolled series TeamSTEPPS-based scenarios; among them, cooperation mass casualty scenarios, medical error simulations, other virtual learning experiences. However, use T-TAQ could be expanded into evaluation students' collaboration capacity educational tasks such as management simulated clinical scenario within context university course. Aim: To prospectively explore performance Greek students scenarios undergraduate course Ophthalmology. Methods: This is prospective, descriptive study. All fifth-year attending Ophthalmology were asked form teams, each one had select ophthalmological present outcomes their project.
